Holistic cure for acid reflux, is their one? I can't tell you for sure, but I can tell you things that may help or people that can help you, but for now I'm going to tell you foods to avoid. Certain foods can cause more work for your body causing it to produce additional stomach acids in your body, it's a good idea to avoid most of these foods entirely and some on a limited basis, especially right before bed. So what are these foods? Well here they are. Deep fried foods- Fats are hard for the stomach to digest, when something is hard for the stomach to digest the stomach is forced to produce extra acids. Food high in fat like, cheeses, cream, butter, whole or 2% milk, ice cream, mayonnaise, salad dressings, and fatty beef.
