Our thoughts shape our reality.  Everything being with a single thought, be it negative or positive.  When your energy shifts it to thinking about something, you send vibrations out to the universe that attract the essence of those thoughts into your life.  When you spend time thinking about something you really desire, you will attract and manifest that desire.  Additionally, when you spend time thinking about something that you fear and do not want to happen or to see, you are also attracting that into your life.

The specifics and details are unimportant here; it's as the essence and energy of your thoughts that create your reality.  When you focus on finding happiness within yourself and stop seeking happiness in others, materials and circumstances, you will attract abundant joy into your life! There are no limits, only limiting thoughts.

From Swami Vivekananda: "We are what our thoughts have made us.  So take care about what you think.  Words are secondary, thoughts live and they travel far."  Each and every day, life is a practice and your thoughts create all things.   We define whether they are positive or negative based on our likes or dislikes, wants and desires – or those that we do not seek or wish to have.  We label them positive or negative, and simply a thought attracts that which we think.  Every day, the practice is to read, listen to, and think of the life you desire and dream about; not that which you wish not to have in your life.   Now enjoy this day, every day – The Art of Living with Intent: 60 Days of Intentions and Inspirations to Transform Your Life.  God Bless.  Dr. Rob, another awesome and amazing day in the universe!
