Letting Go – Dr. Rob Kiltz
Hello and good morning. "I will fight no more forever"; Chief Joseph and the Nez Perce who shared these words and gained the admiration in the hearts of the American public.
For our old instinctual self is to fight and fight, and push and push for honor, for righteousness, for 'I'm right'. The biggest challenge for many of us is to step back and do nothing, and simply love. Love no matter what. Share words of kindness and generosity no matter what. This is the growth from the reptile to the mammal, to the human, and to the spirit of love to all. There are people in this world who have emulated that: Chief Joseph, Jesus, Buddha, Gandhi, and many others every day. As we read the words, and share the story, let go of the fight, share the love and kindness every day. God works in mysterious ways. The universe moves us in mysterious ways, mysterious 'waves', energy of the universe; we're always moving. Come back to belief, beauty, and kindness, and generosity every day. Not to hold judgment against, but to hold judgment of love for all. It was hard, I know for me, that sense of always wanting to push back, but truly it was love and love of all that I speak these words this and every day Chief Joseph is a hero to step back and let go and let God.
Enjoy this day as every day. God Bless. Dr. Rob
