Exploring Holistic Endometriosis Treatment Options

Holistic methods of healing, incorporate assessing the whole body and how every aspect of our daily lives, might impact on us. This includes our eating habits, our stress levels, our environment and what imbalances exist within the body. By exploring holistic endometriosis treatment, we can recognise all aspects of our current situation and rectify them to allow for true healing of Endometriosis. When we first discover we have Endometriosis, it is very easy to wish for an operation or a tablet to solve the whole condition in one easy fix. We believe that such a "cure" should exist. One tablet, one thing we take or do, that fixes everything. Unfortunately, most conditions that use this form of treatment, seldom assess the direct consequences of these treatments on the rest of the body. In a way, it is a good thing that such a tablet, drug or operation doesn't exist for Endometriosis and it allows us to really recognise how valuable our bodies are and how to holistically treat our Endometriosis. I have explored various holistic endometriosis treatment options and have always found them really beneficial for others with the condition. Lets explore what holistic endometriosis treatment involves in 4 easy steps....
1. Consider the impact of what you put into your bodyMuch like a car needs good fuel to run, so too do our bodies. If we fill our bodies with poor quality foods, filled with sugar and inflammatory reactors for our body, we are not going to help our healing. Diet and the choices we make, have a massive influence on our healing and how we feel with Endometriosis.
2. Incorporating exercise into your routineWhen you are in extreme pain, the idea of exercise is possibly the furthest thing on your mind. Exercise doesn't need to involve running 5km or doing anything on an extreme level. A simple walk or some basic Yoga poses done every day, will make a massive difference to your Endometriosis pain.
3. Slowing down an over-active mindIt is natural to get stressed about Endometri! osis and to feel isolated with the condition. Reconnecting within yourself, will greatly help this emotion and provide you the strength emotionally to get through life. Meditation and Yoga provide excellent sources of finding that calm place within yourself to really connect. If you are religious, you may explore other areas that provide you this connection to self. Say a prayer or light a candle. The idea is to find that peace within yourself and acknowledge that everything will be okay.
4. Incorporate herbs, supplements and tinctures that consider the whole bodyIt is easy to isolate Endometriosis to that one part of the body. We may focus on hormones or the uterus but ultimately, Endometriosis is a reflection of an imbalance within the whole body. We cannot isolate one aspect of our body that needs healing. We need to heal the whole imbalance. This means that every symptom, every ailment we experience will also be gone, along with the Endometriosis! This includes allergies, digestive problems, skin sensitivity, food sensitivity, bladder infections, bowel problems and even that blocked up feeling.... will all be gone!
Holistic Endometriosis Treatment incorporates all aspects of your healing into every aspect of your life. None will work in isolation but together, they can achieve amazing things!
