Fighting Fatigue With Crystal Healing

Fatigue can occur in any person at any time for any reason. Of course the most general based reasons are because the person is doing too much at once, or running himself or herself down, but fatigue can happen to the best of us.

Now you can combat fatigue in a number of ways, some traditional and others for a new age type of approach. You can, of course, take rest or a nap or even time off from what you are doing. But with today's go, go, go lifestyles, most people do not want to slow down to do these things and keep pushing through them anyway. There are even energy drinks and other things of the such, but with these there are always side effects such as the down time afterwards and trying to recoup from them can be just as energy draining as the fatigue before.

What I am suggesting is a more natural approach to working with fatigue, which I have used in my own life and work as well. You can use crystals to re-energize and combat fatigue whenever and wherever is strikes. All you will need is an Onyx anklet and a Clear Quartz Crystal pendant. If you wear these in combination together, this will keep your energy levels high and strong and keep the fatigue from coming back.

If you are looking for a more quick fix to this instead of wearing them all the time, you can try using crystals for a re-energizing purpose. For this you will need two Clear Quartz Crystal points. Sit down in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and close your eyes. Make sure you have one Clear Quartz Crystal point in each hand, pointing inward. Relax and slowly take deep breaths for about 15 minutes. This will give you an energy boost and help fight the short onsets of fatigue.
