Aromatherapy is a scented form of soothing and relaxation treatments. All different types of essential oils are used to achieve different degrees of aromatherapy. Essential oils are naturally occurring volatile oils that are obtained by cold expression or steam distillation. The oil will have the characteristically familiar aroma from the plant part from which it was derived.
