Searching stillness, my intention of the day

Hard to sit, not move this day
The motion of life pushing thy way
The journey you see is seeking thee
Moving all thee to seek life in thee
Now I stand still this day searching thy way
Thy way of stillness and patience this day
It comes in thy walk and letting go of talk
In nature you see life perfect in thee
The flowers and trees, birds flying to see
Now stop in the day and see quiet thy way
In stillness you see, life perfect as it be
Love is the key of all that you see
Searching you see is within that you be
Now move in thy stillness life good as it be
