Morning Contemplation and Gratitude – Dr. Rob Kiltz

Hello, good morning, Dr. Rob, another awesome and amazing day in the universe.  Every day be thankful and grateful for the day, as the sun rises to a new day, every day.  Up early, work easy, and find passion.  For the last four years, I've been waking up early and writing my daily intention and taking an hour of meditation, contemplation, and writing.  Today, I'm up early, working easily in the stalls, mucking at my sweetie, Claire's horse farm.  It's my hour and a half to two of slow, easy contemplation and gratitude.  Practicing non-judgment, acceptance, love, and gratitude, and practicing nothing personal every day.

Often it's difficult for us; people say things and we react.  It's that instinctual survival and it's old.  It's ingrained in each of us, the practice is to slow down, take a breath, and look around, and be grateful.  Know that everything is always shifting and changing.  When you think you're sitting still, life is always in motion.  I think of the gratitude that I have for my daughter, Pilar, and her mom, Gina who I continue to have a connection and will always have that connection with love and gratitude.  Listen and love.  It's the practice of our thoughts and knowing that when others say things or do things that our instinctual drive is to react, lash out, to feel pain, to take it personally.  We forget we are all God, and we are all creating the universe—each and every one of us.

Love where you're at.  Love those around you and recognize that always each of us sees it differently, and be good with that.   Love, forgiveness, and daily contemplation.  The practice every day, first thing in the day with love.  My blessings this day, as every day, Dr. Rob.  Sharing some thoughts on another beautiful, awesome, and amazing day in the universe as God has granted you and I the beauty and perfection of this amazing day.  God Bless to you!
